Opposite of the courtyard to the blacksmith shop and up a small flight of stairs is the magic shop run by the Hobblepots, a very old and very judgemental married couple who specialize in trinkets, curiosities, potions, and other oddities. Come on in and have a look around, although if you haven't got any shiny gold coins, they might be a little less inclined to help.
